I bought an electric barcal ounger.

Kinja'd!!!

Should make for a fun commute to and from my 12 hour graveyard hell-shifts.

It’s a Giant Revive LX with an oh so cute 24v front hub motor added on. Caps in the controller are good to 50v, so it’ll probably get bumped to 36v rather quickly . Will probably toss a 1kw rear hub o n it sooner or later though.

the seat looks too small. How many beers can you fit in that basket?

Looks like room for two 1 2 packs of cans or one 12 pack of bottles and associated snack foods.

Maybe I should doordash during the day.

That sure is a funny looking vintage steel fixie conversion.

Maybe you can dig up a front fairing/windshield to really make the work cruise as stress free as possible.

Not a bad idea. Might help with aero as well.

I didn’t realize it when I bought it, but this thing has a bizarro Sram Dual Drive setup on it. I never knew such a thing even existed, though apparently they’ve been around for a long time. It’s essentially a 7 speed cassette with a derailleur, combined with a 3 speed internally geared hub. 21 speed total, with only a single front chainring. Wild.
